The automatic drill rod exchanging and strong off-road performance reduce the support time of the drill. The high flow rate and high-pressure screw type air compressor makes the slag discharge thoroughly, which is more conducive to greatly increasing the drilling speed and reducing the consumption of drilling machine. On the basis of meeting the requirement of high-speed drilling, the powerful propulsive and rotary design solves the problem of sticking on complex rock strata. The standard two-stage dry dust collector and the optional wet dust collector can not only meet the environmental protection requirements of mines and operators, but also greatly reduce the dust pollution to the equipment itself.
A single engine drives both the screw type air compressor and the hydraulic system, reducing the total power by about 35% and the maintenance cost by 50% compared with the split rig with diesel engine.
